RetailOps Denmark is the retail installation unit of Get It All Service ApS, a Danish service and logistics company based in Albertslund, west of Copenhagen, and active in the Copenhagen area since 2015. Get It All Service moves homes and businesses, stores goods and runs transport across Denmark and Europe. RetailOps Denmark brings that experience into retail: careful handling, punctual night work, and the logistics to receive, store and deliver kits and fixtures.
We work for international fashion, footwear and lifestyle brands, for the shopfitting companies and visual merchandising agencies that run their rollouts, and for shopping centres and landlords.
Principles we do not compromise on.
- Written scope. Every job has a written quote that states what we do, with how many people and when.
- The guide is the standard. We install to your drawings and your VM guide, not to our own taste.
- Ask before improvising. If something on site does not match, we call your project manager before we decide.
- Leave it clean. No packaging, tools or dust left behind, ever.
- Prove it. Photos after every job.
- Own people, own vans. Our crews work for us, and drive our own vans from our own warehouse.

Our office and warehouse are at Læhegnet 73, 2620 Albertslund, around 20 minutes from central Copenhagen. Kits, fixtures and campaign materials can be delivered there, checked and stored until install day.
Most of our work is in Copenhagen and the capital region. We also work in Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg and the rest of Denmark, usually planning stores outside Copenhagen as routes so travel is shared.

What it looks like from the inside.
At 18:30, the crew loads the van in Albertslund. The kit for tonight's window was delivered last week and checked against the packing list. It is loaded in the order it will be built, with the tools, ladders, floor protection and cleaning kit.
At 20:00, the store closes. The crew lead meets the store manager, takes over the keys and confirms the alarm procedure. The van is unloaded in fifteen minutes and moved off the street.
By 21:00, the old window is out and packed. The glass and floor are cleaned. The new backdrop goes in first, then the frames, the graphics, the props and the product.
Around midnight, the crew lead goes through the guide page by page. Two details are adjusted. The spotlights are focused. The windows are cleaned again.
At 01:00, the photos are taken from the street and inside, and sent to the project manager. The store is locked and the alarm set. The crew drives back to Albertslund with the old campaign, which will be collected by the brand's carrier next week. When the store opens at 10:00, the new campaign is simply there.
From moving homes to installing stores.
Get It All Service started as a service and moving company in the Copenhagen area in 2015. Over the years, the work grew to include business moves, storage, transport across Denmark and Europe, and the careful handling of furniture, art and equipment.
Retail installation grew naturally out of that work. Retail brands and agencies needed people who could receive goods, handle them carefully, work punctually at night and leave a space clean. Those are the same skills a good moving and logistics company depends on every day. RetailOps Denmark was set up to offer them to retail, with crews trained in visual merchandising standards and fixture installation.
The people on your job.
Our crews are employed and trained by us. Each job has a crew lead who is responsible for the result, talks to your project manager, and walks through your guide before the crew leaves.
We brief every crew on the drawings and the store before the night, so nobody arrives without knowing what they are building. For repeat clients, we keep the same crew lead whenever possible, so the person on site already knows your brand.
Vans, warehouse and tools.
Our own vans include box vans with tail lifts for fixtures and kits. Our warehouse in Albertslund receives deliveries on weekdays, stores kits and fixtures between campaigns, and holds reusable elements for clients.
Crews carry professional tools for assembly, fixing and levelling, ladders and platforms for work at height, floor protection, and the cleaning equipment needed to leave a store ready to trade.
Insurance, safety and data.
We are insured with If Skadeforsikring. Our crews follow the safety rules of every store and centre we work in, and we report damage at once, with photos.
We handle client information carefully: drawings and campaign materials are shared only with the crew working on the job, we sign non-disclosure agreements when asked, and we do not publish client work without permission. Personal data from our request form is used only to answer the request and plan the work.
Less waste, fewer trips.
Retail creates a lot of waste: packaging, old campaigns, fixtures used once. We sort everything we remove for recycling, store reusable elements instead of throwing them away, and plan stores as routes so our vans drive fewer kilometres per job.

Saying no is part of quality.
We do not accept every job. If the time window is too short to do the work properly, if the drawings are missing something critical, or if we do not have the right people available, we say so before we quote. A clear no is better for you than a rushed job on the night.
When we say yes, the quote describes exactly what we will do, and that is what we deliver.
