RETAILOPSDENMARK

One contractor for every Danish store.

If you run several stores in Denmark, you need one crew that knows your standard, one contact and prices agreed in advance. That is a framework agreement with RetailOps Denmark.

Why one contractor

The same standard in every store.

When five stores are installed by five different contractors, head office gets five different results. One contractor gives you one standard.

Brands with several stores in Denmark usually manage them from a head office abroad or from a small Danish team with many other responsibilities. Every campaign, reset and repair becomes a small project: find someone, explain the brand, get a price, hope it goes well.

A framework agreement with RetailOps Denmark replaces that with one contractor for every store. One contact who knows your brand, your stores and your people. One crew standard and one photo report format. Prices agreed in advance, so every request is quick to approve.

What it covers

Everything between campaigns and repairs.

A framework agreement can cover any combination of our services:

  • Campaign rollouts. Windows and in-store campaigns installed across all stores on the agreed night.
  • Resets and floor changes. Planned resets and new concepts rolled out store by store.
  • Fixture work. New fixtures, replacements and adjustments.
  • Maintenance. Small repairs, touch-ups and signage fixes, combined with other visits where possible.
  • Emergency call-outs. Priority response when something breaks.
  • Derigs and storage. Old campaigns removed, and reusable elements stored in our warehouse between campaigns.
How it works

From framework to first rollout.

  1. Introduction. We learn about your stores, your calendar and the work you typically need.
  2. Framework. We agree rates per type of job, response times, contacts and how reports are delivered, in writing.
  3. Store file. For each store, we record the address, opening hours, access, alarm, parking and the store contact, so every job starts with the right information.
  4. Requests. Your team sends jobs by email or through our request form. Each gets a job reference and a confirmation based on the agreed rates.
  5. Delivery. Jobs are planned as routes where possible, so travel is shared across stores.
  6. Reporting. Photos per store, and a monthly overview of completed jobs if you want it.
Routes

Why routes cost less than trips.

The biggest hidden cost in retail maintenance is travel. A crew driving from Copenhagen to Aarhus for one small job costs a day of travel for an hour of work.

When we know your full store list and your campaign calendar, we plan work as routes. Copenhagen stores are grouped by night. Stores in Jutland and on Funen are grouped into one trip. Small repairs are combined with campaign visits instead of being separate call-outs. The result is a lower cost per store and fewer interruptions for store staff.

Reporting

Head office sees what happened.

Every job ends with photos, named by store and date. For framework clients, we can also send a monthly overview: which stores were visited, what was done, and what is coming up. Head office can see the state of every store without visiting, and store managers know what to expect.

Store file

Every store, documented once.

Every store has details that matter at 22:00 and are hard to find: the alarm code procedure, the night guard's number, which door to use, where to park, which lift takes a trolley, when the landlord allows deliveries.

For framework clients, we keep a store file for every location, updated after every visit. When a new job comes in, the crew already knows how to get in, where to park and who to call. Store managers are not asked the same questions every campaign, and nobody stands outside a locked door at night.

Response times

When something breaks.

Retail does not wait. A broken window element, a fallen sign or a damaged fixture during a campaign has to be fixed quickly.

Under a framework agreement, we agree response times for urgent jobs in writing: how quickly we answer, and how quickly a crew can be on site in Copenhagen and in the rest of Denmark. Emergency jobs are priced at the agreed rate, so your team can approve them without waiting for a new quote.

Budget control

No surprises on the invoice.

Framework prices are agreed in advance for the types of work you order most often. Each request gets a confirmation with the agreed price before the job, and the invoice matches the confirmation.

For larger rollouts, we quote the full programme up front, so you can approve one budget for all stores instead of many small ones.

Questions

What multi-store brands ask us.

Do we have to commit to a minimum volume?

No. The framework sets prices and ways of working. You order what you need.

Can our Danish store managers order directly?

Yes, if you want. We agree who can order what, and send every confirmation to head office as well.

Can you work with our existing facility manager?

Yes. We coordinate with your facility manager and other contractors, and keep them informed about our visits.

What if we open a new store?

We add it to the store file and plan it into the next campaign route.

Consistency

Why the same crew matters.

A brand standard is only a standard if it is applied the same way everywhere. When different contractors install the same campaign, small differences appear: a graphic a few centimetres higher, a table turned the other way, a light focused on a different product.

With one framework contractor, the same crew leads install your campaigns across all Danish stores. They learn your guide, your preferences and your stores, and the result in Aalborg looks like the result in Copenhagen. Your VM team can compare stores side by side in the photo reports and spot any difference before customers do.

Seasons

Planning around the retail year.

The retail year has predictable peaks: spring and autumn campaign launches, summer and winter sales, Black Friday and Christmas. Every installer in Denmark is busiest in the same weeks.

Framework clients get their peak nights reserved when the year is planned, so their campaigns go in on launch night even in the busiest weeks. Between the peaks, quieter weeks are used for maintenance, repairs and planned resets, which keeps the stores in good condition all year.

Example

A year with a multi-store brand.

A footwear brand with five stores in Denmark, three in Copenhagen and two in Jutland, changes its windows six times a year and resets its stores twice a year.

With a framework, the year is planned in January: campaign dates, reset weeks and the crew reserved for each. Copenhagen stores are installed in one night per campaign. Aarhus and Aalborg are done together on a two-day route. Small repairs reported by the stores are added to the next visit. Head office receives photos per store after every campaign and one overview per month. Nobody in head office has to search for a contractor all year.

Getting the most from it

How brands use a framework well.

  • Share the calendar early. The earlier we know your campaign dates, the better we can plan routes and reserve crews.
  • Keep one contact on your side. Someone who can answer questions and approve changes.
  • Send the guide with every job. Even when the scheme looks similar to the last one.
  • Report small problems. We fix them on the next visit instead of waiting until they are big.
  • Review once a year. We look at what worked, what took too long and what should change.
Getting started

Start with one campaign.

The best way to start is with one campaign across your Danish stores. You see the planning, the quote, the communication and the reports. If it works, we put the framework in writing for the rest of the year.

Contact

Tell us about the job. You get a written quote.

Send the store, the date and what needs doing. We reply with a fixed written quote, normally within one working day.
