International rollouts fail on logistics more often than on installation. We make sure the kit is in the right store on the right night.

A campaign or a new store concept is usually produced abroad: in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland or Asia. It travels to Denmark by truck, sea freight or air, and then the hard part begins. Who receives it? Where is it kept until install night? Who brings it into a pedestrian street at 22:00?

RetailOps Denmark handles retail logistics for international brands, agencies and shopfitters. We collect kits, fixtures and materials from the supplier, the port, the airport cargo terminal or a warehouse, store them in our own warehouse in Albertslund near Copenhagen, and deliver them to the store with our own vans and tail lifts, exactly when the crew needs them. After the campaign, we collect what goes back and prepare it for the return trip.

• Collection from anywhere in Denmark. Suppliers, ports, airport cargo, freight terminals, other warehouses and stores.
• Cross-border pickups. Collection in Sweden, Norway and Germany through our sister company Get It All Service, for kits that arrive at a hub outside Denmark.
• Warehouse receipt. Every delivery checked against your packing list, with photos of any damage and a short report to your project manager.
• Storage (lagerhotel). Pallets, crates and props stored between campaigns and rollouts, labelled and listed.
• Store delivery. Delivery to the store on install day or night, coordinated with access times, loading bays and centre rules.
• Store-to-store transfers. Fixtures and props moved between Danish stores.
• Returns. Packing, labelling and palletising for the return trip, handed to your carrier or transported by us.

For brands managing Denmark from abroad, the biggest benefit is having one Danish address that receives everything and one team that knows where it is. Your suppliers ship to us, your project manager gets a confirmation when it arrives, and the install crew brings it on the night. Campaign kits for three stores

A campaign for three Copenhagen stores arrives on two pallets from Spain. We receive it, split it by store, and deliver each store's kit on install night with the crew.

New store fixtures from Portugal

A full set of fixtures arrives by truck three weeks before the store is ready. We store it, then deliver it in the order the installers need it.

Return of a pop-up

At the end of a pop-up, the kit is packed onto pallets, labelled with the brand's codes and collected by the brand's carrier from our warehouse.
