Your installation partner in Denmark.
You design, produce and manage the rollout. We are the crew on the ground in Denmark: install, maintenance and derig, to your drawings and your standard.
Shopfitters, VM agencies and design studios.
You designed it, produced it and promised the client it would look perfect in Copenhagen. We are the people who make sure it does.
Many of the retail projects we install in Denmark are not commissioned directly by the brand. They come through an international shopfitting company, a visual merchandising agency or a store design studio that runs the brand's rollout across Europe. These companies design and produce in Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom, and need a reliable crew in every market to install, maintain and take down what they have built.
That is the role RetailOps Denmark plays. We are your crew on the ground in Denmark: we receive your kit, install it to your drawings and method statements, report to your project manager in English, and invoice you, not the brand, unless you tell us otherwise.
We already work this way for international shopfitting companies on projects for global fashion brands in Copenhagen. The work ranges from overnight window campaigns to fixture rollouts, derigs and emergency fixes.
A partner that works like part of your team.
- A written quote per job, with your client reference and your project number on it, normally within one working day.
- Confidentiality. We sign your NDA before we see the drawings, and we do not show your client's work without permission.
- Your instructions on site. The crew follows your method statement and your project manager's instructions, not our own preferences.
- English communication. Your PM talks directly to our crew lead, in English, before, during and after the job.
- Night, early morning and Sunday work. Most retail installs happen outside opening hours, and so do we.
- Kit handling. Deliveries can come to our warehouse in Albertslund, where we check them against your packing list and store them until install day.
- Photo reports after every job, taken against your guide or drawings, so you can sign off for your client the same morning.
- Invoicing after completion, with payment terms agreed per partner.
- Insurance with If Skadeforsikring.
From your enquiry to the photo report.
- You send the job. Store, date, drawings or VM guide, kit list and your reference. The more you send, the more precise the quote.
- We quote. A fixed written price with scope, crew size and working time. If anything in the drawings is unclear, we ask before quoting, not on the night.
- You confirm. By email, with your PO number if you use one. The job is booked.
- We prepare. Kit received and checked, access agreed with the store, the crew briefed on your drawings.
- We install. On the agreed night, with a short update to your PM if you want it.
- You receive the report. Photos against the guide, a snag list if needed, and notes on anything that differed from the drawings.
- We invoice. One invoice per job, or one per campaign, as you prefer.
What agencies send us.
Campaign installs
Window and in-store campaigns for fashion and footwear brands, in one or several stores, usually overnight.
Derig and disposal
Previous campaign structures taken down, removed from the store, and returned, stored or recycled.
Fixture rollouts
New fixtures produced abroad, delivered to our warehouse and installed store by store.
Pop-ups and shop-in-shops
Temporary spaces built in shopping centres and department stores, and taken down when the run ends.
Emergency fixes
Something broke, fell or was damaged in a window or a store. A crew goes out as soon as possible, fixes it safely and sends photos.
Practical details for international partners.
Working with a crew in another country raises practical questions. These are the ones we are asked most often:
- Time zones. Denmark is on Central European Time, the same as most of continental Europe. Night work in Copenhagen is night work in Barcelona and Amsterdam too.
- Language. We work in English with international partners. Store staff in Denmark usually speak English as well.
- Deliveries from abroad. Kits can be shipped to our warehouse address. We receive them on weekdays, check them and confirm by email.
- Customs. Shipments within the EU need no customs clearance. For shipments from outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland, your carrier handles the import.
- Returns. We pack and label returns for your carrier, or arrange transport through our sister company.
- VAT. Our prices are quoted excluding Danish VAT. Invoicing to a company in another EU country follows the normal EU VAT rules for business services.
Your name is on the result.
When we install for an agency, the brand sees your work, not ours. That is why we treat your drawings and your client relationship with care.
We do not contact your client directly unless you ask us to, we do not wear branded clothing that conflicts with yours on site, and we never improvise on a client's brand standards without your approval. If something on site does not match the drawings, we call your PM before deciding, and we document the result.
Paperwork we can provide.
International partners and their clients often need documents before work starts. We can provide:
- Company registration details: Get It All Service ApS, CVR 36730595
- Insurance details from If Skadeforsikring
- A signed non-disclosure agreement on your template
- Method statements for the specific job, when the store or centre requires one
- Crew names for centre security lists
- Photo reports and snag lists after the job, in the format you prefer
If your client or a shopping centre has its own forms, send them with the request and we fill them in.
When Denmark is one of many markets.
For agencies that run rollouts across Europe, Denmark is often one market in a long list. The work comes in waves: a campaign every few weeks, a concept rollout once a year, emergency fixes in between.
That rhythm works best with a simple framework: agreed contacts on both sides, standard documents, payment terms and a shared understanding of what a good photo report looks like. After a few jobs, your project managers know exactly what they will get from Denmark, and can spend their time on the markets that need more attention.
We are happy to start small, with a single job, and grow the relationship from there.
What agencies ask us.
Can you work under our brand on site?
Yes. If your client expects to see your company on site, we follow your dress code and your communication rules.
Can you install something another installer started?
Yes, if we get the drawings and photos of the current state. We check what has been done before we continue.
Can you handle Sweden or Norway as well?
Our installation work is focused on Denmark. Through our sister company we transport goods to Sweden and Norway, and we can discuss cross-border jobs case by case.
How do you handle damaged kit?
We check the kit when it arrives and photograph any damage before installation. If something breaks during the install, we tell your project manager immediately.
How we keep your PM informed.
Project managers at agencies run many markets at once. They need the right information at the right moment, not a stream of messages.
Before the job, we send one confirmation with the date, the crew lead, the start time and any open questions. On the night, we only contact your PM if a decision is needed, or at agreed check-in times if you prefer. After the job, the photo report and a short summary arrive in one email, ready to forward to the client.
A typical agency job, step by step.
A shopfitting company in Spain runs a window campaign for a fashion brand in thirty European stores, including one flagship in Copenhagen.
Three weeks before the launch, their project manager sends us the VM guide, the store details and the shipping date. We reply the next day with a fixed quote and two questions about the fixing points. The kit arrives at our warehouse a week before launch; we check it and send a short confirmation. The night before the launch, our crew takes down the old window, builds the new one and sends photos at 06:00. The project manager approves Copenhagen before breakfast and moves on to the next market. Two weeks later, the old campaign is picked up from our warehouse by their carrier.
The first job.
The easiest way to start is with one job. Send us a real request with drawings and a date, and see the quote, the communication and the photo report for yourself. If it works for you, we agree a simple framework for future jobs: contacts, payment terms, standard documents and how you want to receive reports.
Tell us about the job. You get a written quote.
Send the store, the date and what needs doing. We reply with a fixed written quote, normally within one working day.
