Trade fair and event stands

A trade fair stand has a fixed opening hour and no second chance. We build it right the first time, and take it down the night the show closes.

Brands, agencies and stand designers from abroad exhibit at trade fairs and events in Denmark: at Bella Center in Copenhagen, in hotels, at fashion weeks and at brand events. The stand is usually designed and produced abroad. What is needed in Denmark is a reliable local crew to receive it, build it, look after it during the show and take it down.

For exhibitors from abroad, working with a local crew saves flying a team to Denmark and shipping tools. We receive your stand at our warehouse, check it, bring it to the venue and build it to your drawings. Your team arrives to a finished stand.

Exhibitors rarely have room for everything at the stand. Brochures, samples, giveaways, product stock and empty flight cases all need somewhere to go, and the venue's own storage is often full or expensive.

We store it for you in our warehouse near Copenhagen: before the show, during the show and between shows. You ship your boxes to us from abroad; we check them against your list and keep them dry and secure. When you need something at the stand, we deliver it to the venue, on the day of the build, every morning of the show, or the moment you call.

• Empty cases and boxes collected from the stand and stored, then brought back for the dismantle

Moving a stand into a hall, unloading a truck at the loading dock, carrying stock to the stand or clearing it all out in a few hours after closing takes people, and the time windows at a venue are short.

We provide crew at the exhibition centre: two people or twenty, for a few hours or the whole show. Our crew loads and unloads, moves furniture and displays, carries stock, helps your team set up and takes everything down again.
