Terms of service
The short version: every job has a written quote, and the quote is what we deliver.
Quotes
Every job gets a written quote with a job reference, scope, crew size, date and price excluding 25% Danish VAT. The job is booked when you accept the quote in writing.
Changes on site
Work outside the agreed scope is done only after your contact on site or your project manager agrees to it, and is invoiced as agreed.
Waiting time and access
If the store is not accessible at the agreed time, or the materials are not on site, waiting time may be charged as stated in the quote.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are stated in the quote. Night jobs cancelled less than 48 hours before the start may be charged.
Payment
We invoice after completion. Payment is due within the period stated on the invoice.
Insurance and liability
We are insured with If Skadeforsikring. Report any damage within 7 days of completion, with photos, so we can handle it with our insurer.
Law
Danish law applies.
