International brands design visual merchandising centrally: window themes, table layouts, wall bays, mannequin styling and product placement, all documented in a VM guide. In each market, someone has to carry it out, store by store, on time and exactly as drawn. Store teams are busy selling, and brands rarely have their own visual merchandisers in Denmark.
