Crew on demand

Sometimes you just need more hands: to unload a truck, carry stock, move a stand or get a store ready overnight. We provide trained crew, from two people to twenty, for a few hours or a whole event, always with a crew lead who speaks English with your team.

Crew on demand
Overview

More hands, exactly when you need them.

A truck arrives two hours early, a stand has to be cleared before midnight, a store opening needs ten people for one night. That is when crew on demand makes the difference.

Brands, agencies, exhibitors and event organisers often need extra people for a short, intense job: unloading, carrying, setting up, moving stock or clearing out. Hiring staff for a few hours is impractical, and temporary agencies rarely send people who know how to handle fixtures, displays or brand materials.

RetailOps Denmark provides trained crew across Denmark: people who work with retail fixtures, kits and event materials every week. You tell us how many people, where and when. We send the team with a crew lead who speaks English with you, follows your plan and keeps the work moving.

Where crew helps

Typical uses.

  • Exhibitions and trade fairs: unloading at the dock, carrying to the stand, setting up and clearing out after the show
  • Events and fashion weeks: venue set-up, furniture moves, backstage logistics and take-down
  • Store openings: unpacking deliveries, building fixtures, placing stock and clearing packaging the night before the doors open
  • Stock moves: moving stock between stockroom and shop floor, between floors or between stores
  • Deliveries: extra hands for large or awkward deliveries in busy streets
  • Closing-down jobs: clearing a store or concession to a deadline
How it works

Book a team in one message.

  1. Tell us the job. Place, date, hours, number of people and what they will do.
  2. We confirm the team. Names of the crew lead and the number of people, in writing.
  3. The crew arrives. On time, with gloves, trolleys and basic tools, and vans if you need transport.
  4. Your plan, our lead. The crew lead takes instructions from your contact and runs the team.
  5. Done and reported. A short note when the job ends, with photos if useful.
Scale

Two people or twenty.

Most jobs need two to six people. For exhibitions, openings and large events we can provide larger teams with more notice. When the job needs it, we combine crew with our vans, warehouse and storage, so one supplier handles the people, the transport and the materials.

As a regular service

The same crew, every time.

Many clients book crew regularly: every delivery day, every campaign night, every show. With a service plan, you get the same crew lead and as many of the same people as possible, who already know your brand, your stores and your way of working.
