Packaging and waste removal
After every delivery, campaign and reset, a store is left with cardboard, pallets and old displays. We take it all away, sort it for recycling and leave the stockroom clean, as a one-off job or on a regular schedule.

Empty boxes and old items gone the same night.
After every delivery, campaign and reset, a store is left with cardboard, foam, pallets and old displays. We take it all away, so the stockroom is a stockroom again.
Retail generates a surprising amount of waste. A single campaign can leave dozens of empty boxes. A fixture delivery leaves pallets, wrapping and foam. A reset leaves old shelves, broken mannequins and outdated graphics. Most store teams have neither the time nor the space to deal with it, and the municipal cardboard collection does not take pallets or old fixtures.
RetailOps Denmark removes packaging, cardboard and unwanted items from stores across Denmark, as part of an install or as a separate job. Everything is sorted and taken to approved recycling, and the store is left clean.
What we take away.
- Cardboard and empty boxes from deliveries and campaigns
- Pallets, foam, plastic wrap and crates
- Old campaign materials: graphics, props and backdrops
- Old fixtures and furniture: shelves, tables, counters, mannequins
- Stockroom clear-outs before a reset or a new season
- Regular collections for stores with a steady flow of packaging
Booked once, or every week.
- Tell us what and where. Photos of the waste and the store address are enough.
- We quote. A fixed price per collection, or a price for regular collections.
- We collect. At a time that suits the store: after closing, before opening or during quiet hours.
- We sort and recycle. Cardboard, wood, metal, plastic and other waste go to the right recycling stations.
- Proof. If your company reports on waste, we keep the receipts for you.
Packaging away as part of the job.
When we install a campaign or fixtures, removing the packaging is included in the quote, so the store is never left with a pile of boxes on the morning after. For agencies, this saves arranging a separate collection in a country where you have no local supplier.
For stores with steady deliveries.
Stores that receive many deliveries, or chains with several stores, can book a regular collection, for example every week or after every delivery day. We agree a fixed price per collection, so the cost is predictable and the stockroom never fills up.
Recycled, documented.
Retail brands increasingly report on waste and recycling. We sort everything we collect and take it to approved recycling stations, and we can document what was collected and where it went. Reusable items, such as fixtures in good condition, are offered for reuse or stored for you instead of being thrown away.
What decides the price.
- The volume and type of waste
- How far it has to be carried, and whether there is a lift
- One-off or regular collection
- Time of day
- Disposal fees for special waste
You get a fixed written quote, normally within one working day.
