What we collect
When you send a request, we receive your name, company, email, phone number and the job details you write. We use them only to answer the request, prepare a quote and carry out the work.
The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. We keep request emails for as long as needed for the job, and invoices for 5 years as Danish bookkeeping law requires.
Cookies, analytics and live chat
We use Google Analytics and the Tawk.to live chat only if you accept cookies. With your consent, Tawk.to shows our office that someone is on the site, the country and the pages visited, so we can offer help in the chat. If you decline, the chat only starts when you press the Chat button yourself. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info (at) retailops (dot) dk. You can complain to Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
