Signage and logo installation
A dark logo or a crooked sign is the first thing a customer sees. We mount, replace and repair in-store signage and graphics, and bring in an authorised electrician when mains power is involved.

The first thing a customer sees.
A dark logo or a crooked sign tells customers something is wrong before they have walked in.
Retail signage is the brand's handshake: the logo above the door, the light box in the window, the hanging signs that guide customers through the store. When it works, nobody notices. When a letter goes dark or a graphic is out of date, it is visible from across the street.
RetailOps Denmark mounts, replaces and repairs in-store signage and graphics for retail brands across Denmark. We bring in an authorised electrician when the work involves mains electricity, and we coordinate the whole job so you have one contact.
What we do.
- Logo letters and light boxes. Mounted, aligned and fixed securely inside and on the shopfront where safely reachable.
- Hanging signs and wayfinding. Department signs, category signs and directional signage installed at the right height.
- Graphics replacement. Light box inserts, wall graphics and window vinyl changed for new campaigns.
- Simple lighting swaps. Lamps and LED modules replaced in existing fittings.
- Electrical work. Anything on mains electricity done by an authorised electrician, coordinated by us.
- Removal of old signage. Old signs and graphics taken down and recycled.
From the photo to the fix.
- Photos and details. You send photos of the sign, its size, the manufacturer if known, and what is wrong or needs changing.
- Assessment. We tell you what is needed: a simple swap, a new part from the manufacturer, or an electrician.
- Parts. Replacement parts are ordered through you or the sign maker, or provided by you.
- Installation. The crew mounts or repairs the sign, with an authorised electrician when mains power is involved.
- Test and photos. The sign is tested, aligned and photographed lit and unlit.
Done by the right people.
In Denmark, work on fixed electrical installations must be done by an authorised electrician. We follow that rule strictly. Our own crew mounts signs, changes graphics and swaps lamps in existing fittings. Anything that involves connecting, extending or repairing mains wiring is done by an authorised electrician whom we bring in and coordinate.
For you, it is still one job, one quote and one contact.
Keeping the message current.
Many stores change in-store graphics with every campaign: light box inserts, wall graphics, hanging banners and window vinyl. We combine graphics changes with window installs and resets where possible, so the store gets one visit instead of three.
Safe work at height.
Signs are often high above the floor or above the shop entrance. We use proper ladders and platforms for work we can reach safely. Work that requires a lift or scaffolding is planned and quoted with the equipment, and we arrange permits where the street or centre requires them.
Fixed so it stays up.
A sign that falls can injure someone. Every sign we mount is fixed with fixings suited to the surface and the weight, and checked before we leave.
We are insured with If Skadeforsikring.
Information for a signage job.
- Photos of the sign, close up and from a distance
- Size, weight and type: light box, built-up letters, flat sign or hanging sign
- The sign maker or supplier, if known
- What is wrong or what should change
- Mounting height and what is below the sign: street, entrance, shop floor
- Any landlord, centre or municipal rules for signage
For new signs, also send the drawings and the fixing details from the sign maker.
What retail signage we work with.
Built-up letters
Individual letters, lit or unlit, mounted on a wall or a rail. They need careful set-out so the spacing matches the brand's logo exactly.
Light boxes
Boxes with a printed face, lit from inside. Changing the face is usually simple; repairs to the lighting inside often need an electrician.
Hanging signs and banners
Department signs, campaign banners and wayfinding hung from the ceiling. The fixing points and the hanging height matter for safety and for sight lines in the store.
Window and wall graphics
Vinyl and printed graphics applied directly to glass or walls. Clean surfaces and the right temperature are what make them last without bubbles.
Typical signage jobs.
Dark logo above the entrance
Two letters in an illuminated logo have gone dark. The store sends photos, we identify the type of sign, order the parts through the brand's sign maker, and fix it with an authorised electrician on a weekday evening.
Campaign graphics in light boxes
A brand changes the inserts in all light boxes for a new campaign. We combine it with the window install on the same night, so the store gets one visit and the whole campaign goes live together.
New wayfinding after a reset
After a store reset, the department signs no longer match the new layout. We take down the old signs, mount the new ones at the right height and send photos of each zone.
Keeping signs working.
Signs fail slowly: one letter dims, a transformer starts to buzz, a graphic fades in the sun. For brands with several stores, we can check signage as part of other visits and report what needs attention, with photos, so small problems are fixed before customers notice them.
From report to repair.
- Report. The store or head office sends photos and details of the sign.
- Assessment. We tell you what is needed and whether parts or an electrician are required.
- Quote. A fixed written quote, including any lift or permit.
- Fix. The work is done at the agreed time, often outside opening hours.
- Proof. Photos of the sign lit and unlit.
Why brands choose us for signage.
There are larger contractors in Denmark, and there are cheaper ones. Brands and agencies choose RetailOps Denmark for signage work because of how the work is run:
- Our own crew. The people on your job work for us, not for a subcontractor we found the day before.
- Our own vans and warehouse. Kits, fixtures and materials can be received, stored and delivered by us, from Albertslund, so nothing depends on a third party on the night.
- Written scope. Every job has a written quote with the scope, the crew size and the time window. What is in the quote is what happens on site.
- English on site. Your project manager can talk to the crew lead directly in English, at any hour of the night.
- Photos as proof. Every job ends with photos, so you can sign off without travelling to Denmark.
- One company behind it. RetailOps Denmark is a business unit of Get It All Service ApS, CVR 36730595, with an office and warehouse in Albertslund and insurance with If Skadeforsikring.
What decides the price.
- The size, weight and number of signs
- Mounting height and whether a lift is needed
- Whether an authorised electrician is needed
- Replacement parts and who supplies them
- Working time: daytime, evening or overnight
- Removal and recycling of old signage
You get a fixed written quote with a job reference, normally within one working day.
